Most full-sized barbecues are shipped via freight and typically arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
Do you offer assembly services for new purchases?
Yes, we offer professional white-glove assembly and delivery services in select regions. You can select this option at checkout or contact your local store for a custom quote.
What is your return policy for outdoor kitchens and grills?
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large freight items, and custom-built outdoor kitchen islands are non-refundable.
Are your barbecues covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely. All our grills come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 year to a limited lifetime, depending on the brand and model. We also offer extended protection plans for added peace of mind.
Can I convert a propane grill to natural gas?
Many of our models are convertible using a manufacturer-approved conversion kit. However, we strongly recommend that all gas conversions be performed by a licensed gas technician to ensure safety and maintain your warranty.
